JONATHAN WALLS
Jonathan Walls is a man on a mission. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, he has dedicated his life to becoming the best version of himself while inspiring others to do the same. A proud graduate of Florida A&M University, where he earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration and Supply Chain Management, Jonathan’s journey has been shaped by grit, resilience, and a deep commitment to excellence. As a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., he lives by the values of achievement, service, and brotherhood.
A devoted father to his two-year-old daughter, Jonathan’s unwavering focus is on building a life of freedom, happiness, and generational wealth for his family. He believes that growth is not about perfection but persistence, and every day is an opportunity to move one step closer to your goals.
Jonathan’s professional journey is as diverse as it is inspiring. Currently serving as a Sales Operations Manager for one of the world’s largest consumer packaged goods companies, he combines strategic insight with operational expertise. Beyond the corporate world, he has honed his craft as a barber since 2014, building connections with professionals, entrepreneurs, and athletes. An active investor since 2016, Jonathan’s personal experiences in the financial markets fueled his passion for promoting financial literacy, especially after the birth of his daughter in 2022.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Jonathan is the founder of Klean Clothes, a non-profit organization committed to providing clean clothes and essential resources to the homeless. Through this initiative, he exemplifies his dedication to community and service, creating meaningful change for those in need.
Jonathan’s story is not one of perfection, but one of persistence. From early financial missteps to life’s many challenges, he has learned to embrace failure as a stepping stone toward growth. These lessons, along with his unique experiences, inspired him to co-author Live on Purpose. Designed to be a “mentor in your pocket,” the book reflects his belief that success isn’t measured by accolades but by the daily effort to grow and evolve.
Through his work, Jonathan hopes to empower readers to take control of their lives, embrace their purpose, and move toward fulfillment—one step at a time.
MALIK HASSAN
Malik Hassan Asare-Osei is a purpose-driven leader and servant at heart, dedicated to fostering growth, inspiring success, and creating meaningful change. Hailing from the Roseland community on the South Side of Chicago, Malik’s early experiences shaped his resilience, sense of community, and commitment to uplifting others. At the age of 20, he left Chicago to join the United States Air Force, embarking on a journey that would instill in him the values of leadership, discipline, and service.
A decorated Air Force veteran, Malik's military service was defined by his exemplary leadership, including spearheading education and training initiatives and contributing to Operation Inherent Resolve during his deployment. These experiences shaped his strategic mindset and a deep commitment to making a positive impact.
Following his military service, Malik channeled his passion for service into co-founding Changing the Narrative Inc., where he currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer. Through this nonprofit organization, Malik is on a mission to empower at-risk youth by combating chronic absenteeism and dismantling the school-to-prison pipeline. His leadership focuses on instilling growth-oriented mindsets in underserved communities, creating opportunities for success, and fostering a brighter future for the next generation.
Malik's journey from his beginnings in Chicago to advocating for youth and education reflects his deep sense of purpose and intentionality, serving as a testament to the transformative power of living with purpose and uplifting those around us.
JAMARI SHARP
Jamari Sharp is a passionate community advocate, accomplished entrepreneur, and dynamic leader with a deep commitment to creating lasting positive change. Being from Pensacola, Florida, Jamari has always had a deep appreciation for the South. Jamari is the technical middle child between an older brother and a twin brother. Growing up, he developed a strong sense of brotherhood and a deep appreciation for community.
Not even a month after graduating high school, Jamari embarked on a transformative journey by joining the United States Air Force. Over the course of seven and a half years, he honed his personal and professional skills, gaining a strong work ethic, discipline, and a results-driven mindset. These experiences became the foundation for his entrepreneurial and philanthropic pursuits.
After separating from the Air Force, Jamari redirected his path to focus on his true purpose: making a meaningful impact on the community and fostering business growth. He is the proud President of Changing the Narrative Inc., where he dedicates himself to empowering opportunity youth through programs designed to cultivate growth-oriented mindsets and reshape the community’s trajectory.
In addition to his nonprofit work, Jamari is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, which aligns with his passion for uplifting and developing the next generation of leaders. His commitment to the community extends to BAM! Snoballs, a dessert shop he co-owns with his twin brother, Jamal. More than just a business, BAM! Snoballs serves as a vibrant community hub where families can gather, jobs are created, and joy is shared.
Jamari stands as a beacon of hope and inspiration, leading the charge to build a brighter future for our youth and transform our communities for the better, by all means.
KYLE FAIRWEATHER
Kyle Fairweather is a dedicated advocate for personal growth, wellness, and intentional living. As a military veteran, entrepreneur, and naturalist, his journey has been shaped by a relentless desire to transform his life physically, mentally, and spiritually. Growing up with humble beginnings, Kyle developed resilience and an appreciation for life’s challenges, which ignited his commitment to self-improvement.
During his military service, Kyle began questioning the quality of what he consumed, both physically and mentally. This curiosity led him to embrace a naturalist lifestyle, adopting veganism and prioritizing holistic health. His dedication to wellness inspired him to compete in his first triathlon, where he placed third, proving that true strength comes from fueling the body and mind with intention.
Kyle is also the founder of Akynani, a spiritual streetwear brand that blends modern fashion with themes of self-discovery and positive energy. Through its designs, Akynani inspires individuals to connect with their inner purpose while spreading messages of mindfulness and growth.
A proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, Kyle actively contributes to its rich legacy of leadership, scholarship, and service. He remains passionate about balancing the four key pillars of life: Physical, Mental, Spiritual, and Social. By focusing on these areas, Kyle has created a life of purpose and fulfillment while encouraging others to do the same.

Tiffany Nicole Jones is a dynamic leader dedicated to inspiring others to embrace their potential and turn obstacles into opportunities. Born from humble beginnings, Tiffany’s journey is a testament to resilience, positivity, and the power of belief. Her mission is clear: to show the world that with the right mindset, anyone can achieve greatness and transform every “no” into an emphatic “yes.”
A proud Air Force veteran with 8 years of active-duty service, Tiffany embodies the core values of integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do. These principles have shaped her ethos and fueled her passion for making a lasting impact in every community she touches. Through mentorship, leadership, and collaboration, she strives to leave every space better than she found it—a philosophy she shares with her fellow Changing the Narrative partners.
Tiffany’s ambitions reflect her unstoppable drive. She is pursuing a career as a pilot while also working toward becoming a successful entrepreneur with plans to own a construction company. Her passions extend to modeling and philanthropy, with a bold vision of becoming the first multi-millionaire philanthropist who empowers others to believe in themselves, no matter their circumstances.
